AIRCRAFT HISTORY.

The aircraft first flew on 3/30/83 under the current registration number; N94584.

The airplane spent its early life in the Pennsylvania / NE area.

On 5/24/89 the airplane had the upper skins replaced due to hail damage and damage from a nose gear collapse repaired with Cessna parts by Ly-Con Aviation in Pontiac Michigan @ 2419 AFTT. The engine and propeller were also Overhauled at this time.

A Brackett Air filter was installed shortly after on 6/9/89, and a Trans-Cal Encoder installed on 8/9/89 both also by Ly-Con.

6/30/95 an Overhaul Exchange engine from TW Smith was installed @ 4559 TTAF.

On 8/19/1997 Pittsburgh Pro Air Services replaced the propeller with a new Sensenich 72CKS6-0-54 propeller SN) K7250 and S72CK spinner assembly per STC# SA1219EA @ 5328 AFTT.

4/25/00 a Top Overhaul was performed using 4 new Lycoming Nickel cylinders @ 5778 AFTT.

The aircraft records indicate the airplane worked its way West through Ohio to Illinois after being in the upper Northeast.

On 10/23/01 Glendale Aviation of Glendale, AZ had the RH elevator spar replaced due to wear @   AFTT according to the 337 on file. Around this time the airplane moved out to the Phoenix, AZ area where it remained until coming back East to Wisconsin in 2019.

The airplane appears to have been used for training throughout its life and kept in good mechanical condition with typical maintenance and repairs being performed throughout its life.

The airplane was owned and operated by Glendale Aviation, in Glendale, AZ which was a flight school until the airplane was used to pay a bad dept to a non-pilot in Casa Grande, AZ. He only flew the airplane with an instructor, and it was infrequently. That owner died in August of 2018 after owing it over 10 years, and the airplane sat until I ended up going out to AZ and working a deal with the owner’s widow. I got the airplane fly-able and flew it to Wisconsin in April of 2019. A large amount of work was done in a short time and the airplane was put online at a flight school in Burlington, WI where it remains today.

Since I have owned the airplane, I have replaced many components and done many improvements, see the aircraft logs for details. It is a sweet flying fun little airplane, it’s just time to pass it along to the next chapter in its life~
